Still can't get revolution slider to fill entire background

I still can’t get the revolution slider to fill the entire background on the section I have it installed.

Is is the 3rd section with the Kannaway & Advertise with Us banners - I want these to fill all of that dead space, is it possible?

I turned off the container and everything, which helped, but still isn’t filling out the entire section.
