Still Can't Get Custom Fonts to Work

This morning, I lost six days work to an issue with pro theme options. Consequently, I am rebuilding the entire site from scratch, I can’t tell you how devastating this is to us.

I’m having exactly the same problem with the exact same custom font as I was previously, as described here. I have checked the paths for the files and they all appear to be correct other than the svg one that you mentioned you edited previously. Please could you give me the correct path for that? I’ll attach the css that I’m using in the pro child stylesheet in a private reply. Thanks.

Sorry to hear about that, the credentials you provided did not work, please check. And if you don’t mind please provide us FTP credentials as well.

Can you confirm that is the correct URL path of your font files? I did check each one of that, and it seems non existent. Please confirm.

Hi Friech,

That was the correct path. It redirects to adding ‘html’ into the path so I tried that also, and it didn’t work. When I then put the original code back into both the stylesheet and custom css, it somehow works now. I’ve no idea how or why but it seems to be fixed!
