Still Can't Edit with Pro

Hi, I can’t get Pro to load to edit pages. This is my second thread on the topic, starting anew at support’s suggestion.

Things I have tried:

• Pro, Wordpress are fully updated. PHP running 7.4 something.

• Checked for plugin conflicts.

• Deleted most plugins.

• I have worked with hosting provider over several days - it is nothing on their end.

• I contacted my ISP. They do not cache and there is nothing to reset on their end.

• Clearing caches. Clearing, restarting, whatever. I have tried in Safari, Chrome, Chrome incognito, and DDG.

• Deleting Pro theme, downloading from Themeco dashboard and reinstalling.

I copied this site over from my development site a couple weeks ago. The site worked fine there. Bluehost is hosting provider for my dev site and the client’s domain. Feel free to troubleshoot freely on your end. There is no need to worry about breaking the site. The client has only a “coming soon” page up, and I can’t get the site live until I can finish editing pages.

Also, should add that I can access the Pro page editor in the dev site, which has same version of Pro, Wordpress, PHP.

So, I installed X, and X Child. X Child is active. I can access the page editor in X. Still can not when I switch back to Pro.

When X is active, I can’t get back to the Wordpress dashboard, it goes to a blank white page. I have to open up a new window, to get to wp-admin.

Still looking for a solution to fix Pro. As I mentioned, I deleted, newly downloaded and installed new version of Pro a couple of times today, with no effect.

Thanks for reaching out.
I would request you to deactivate and delete the existing Pro and then re-install the updated version by downloading from your Themeco account dashboard.
If that does not help, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
