Would you please help me remove phone/email and address from top of my website?

To remove those, you first need to fix your installation of X. X was installed inside an x folder on your site. Please login to your server and move the main X folder to the themes folder.
The correct structure should be themes/x not themes/x/x
Once that’s corrected, go to X > Theme Options > Header > Miscellaneous and remove the Topbar Content.
