Thank you for writing in, regretfully the standard (X) header has no option to make the topbar sticky. You need customization on this and regretfully that is outside of the support that we can offer.
What you can do is upgrade the site to PRO, then rebuilder the header on PRO’s header builder, there you can set the topbar to be sticky.
