Sticky Submenu

Hi there,

I’ve created a sticky menu for a longer list of services on a given page. Everything functions correctly, but I can’t figure out how to highlight the individual menu items as the section passes on the left. Currently, all of the menu items are highlighted the entire time because all the links appear on that page:
https://tmsi.nueramarketing.com/services/

I assume this has something to do with “One-Page Navigation”, but I couldn’t figure it out on my own.

Thank you in advance!

Hello @Nuera,

Thanks for writing in! To get your issue resolved, you can set and apply an interaction background color. Please check out my video demonstration below:

Hope this helps.

Thanks, Ruenel

I suppose I should’ve mentioned, while working in Cornerstone everything appears as it should.

However, when you go to the public view on the front end all the links are highlighted the whole time:
https://tmsi.nueramarketing.com/services/ (screenshot also attached).

I already had interaction values set for the Top Links, but I’ve also applied a background per your instructions so you can see the issue I’m running into on the front end more clearly.

Thanks!

Hi @Nuera,

Thanks for the explanation. The Active Link > Current should be Off for the Navigation Inline element. I went ahead and disable it, and now the problem is resolved.

PERFECT! Thank you so much!

Glad it was an easy tweak for a change… HAHAH
