Sticky Row for Visual Composer

I am trying to make one of the rows for my pages sticky, as in stay on the top of the page with the header on scroll. Here is a link to the page that I am trying to do this with : asti.com/fabrication/

Is there an easy way to do this?

Hey @ASTI,

Regretfully, this is not a feature offered in X and Visual Composer. It could be possible using a sticky plugin or have a developer build the custom feature for you.
