Sticky nav not appearing

I have created a sticky nav that is a copy of my top nav, but narrower and with fewer elements, to appear after scrolling past the primary nav.

It functions as desired when viewed in the Header Builder, but the sticky nav does not appear when viewing regular pages.

Thanks for writing in! This issue is related to the JS error I have mentioned in your other thread. Once the JS error is eliminated, this issue mentioned in this thread should be resolved.
