Did I miss something, but when I enable the sticky option for the menu bar, the logo image won’t shrink.
At first, I thought it was because of the SVG format, for which I have to set up the size of the image inside CSS element. But when I tried PNG image same thing.
In inspect element, menu container is shrunk, but the logo stays the same size.

I would suggest you please ensure that you have set the "Shrink Amount " value on the Header Bar. Please have a look at the given screenshot below.

I did put on a header bar shrink amount. The problem is that the logo extends beyond the shrink container.
I know it is possible to put CSS when sticky is active to make the image smaller, but I thought that is automatically done when the sticky option is enabled.

I recommend going to the Image element where you’ve added your header logo and setting the Type option to Scaling. Please have a look at the given screenshot below.
After making this change, please clear your browser cache and check the header again, or alternatively, test it in your browser’s private (incognito) mode.
