Sticky left header options is missing

I need help please.
Using the latest version of Pro, option to add left header is missing

I am looking for this:

New install. Nothing much content yet. Cloudways server.

Thanks for writing to us.

In order to set the different positions for the Pro theme custom Header, I would suggest you go to the Header —>Settings —> Multi Region

Now go back to the Outline and select the position.
