Dear all,
last year i made a nice feature, which i included in the WP-Theme “twenty sixteen”. It is a sticky effect for multiple headlines.
You can see it here: www.medical-crew.com.
Its based on jquery. I wanna use it in X.
Im able to include it in X, but just in wordpress editor and it works. Unfortunatly not in cornerstone. The reason for that is, that the sticky headline and the following content until the next headline occures has to be in a div-Container. If the start and end tags of the div-container are in different sections, it will not work
What can i do, to put more elements in my div-Container using cornerstone?

By the way: the div-Container placed in one textelement works very well. Look here: www.ksg-turnen.de

Availible plugins are not helpful. For example “Sticky Menu (or Anything!) on Scroll” works, but just for one element. Multiple elements probably with the next Major release…

Yes, the multiple sticky bars should be enhanced on next updates. Unfortunately, there is no available workaround as of now. Would you mind providing more sample or video about this sticky headline in cornerstone? It sounds like a customization. Plus, multiple sticky bars are only applicable to the Pro theme and your current theme is X.

…nobody knows when the update in “Sticky Menu (or Anything!) on Scroll” will be released. So this doesnt help

You provide the function in PRO, you can see in the second video?

I need a possibility to put a div container arround sections to use my function? How can i do that?

Hey Andi,

At the moment, there is no way you can add a Div inside Cornerstone. It can only be done with a custom JS. Your section must have an custom ID my-section so that you can use the following custom JS code:

  $(document).ready(function(){
    $('#my-section').wrap( '<div class="container"></div>' );
  });
})(jQuery);

As this is a customization, this is not perfect but just an alternative. We’ve added a way to insert custom divs in a section as a feature request so it can be taken into consideration for future development.
