Thanks for writing in! Please understand that the header needs to initialize so that the height can be set specially after you have scrolled the page. Resizing the browser window is not the proper way of testing this and not accurate simply because as you resize the window, the header did not re initialize. It still bears the same height when it first loads the page and after page scroll. If you want, you will need to resize your browser and reload the page first before testing it.
