Sticky Header Scroll Issues

I’m having some issues with my sticky header on the site linked below:

The two sticky bars the make up the header don’t appear to be playing nice with one another. When the scroll starts, the bottom bar goes under the top bar and then suddenly appears. What can be done to fix this jumpiness?

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your site and I could not replicate any issue. Perhaps you have resolve the issue already. If you are still seeing it, please clear your browser cache or use private browsing mode and test your site again.
