Sticky header not always sticky

Hello, I have built a custom header for https://wordpress-1368127-5047106.cloudwaysapps.com/. The header is set to be sticky, but it’s not always sticky. Video on link to show problem - https://limewire.com/d/u23Hk#o4ETBUvS6Y
