Sticky header jumps

When scrolling up the header (yellow with logo and menu) jumps down when you reach the top. I want it to roll smoothly. What can be done?

Thanks for writing in.

Try changing your header position to Absolute instead of relative, then its margin-top and offset equal to 320. Like this

This makes sure the offset is equal to the height of the upper header bar that looks like a banner. So it won’t jump
