Sticky Header issue on mobile Apple Products

I am getting the following error in the console on iPads and iPhones. The sticky header doesn’t work and the fixed image also doesn’t scale properly. Android works correctly. Please let me know what you need from me in order to resolve quickly.

TypeError: undefined is not a function (evaluating 'Number.parseInt(i.triggerOffset)') x-body.min.js?ver=1.2.3:1
  o @ x-body.min.js?ver=1.2.3:1
  (anonymous function) @ x-body.min.js?ver=1.2.3:1

Thanks!

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in.

Yes, it will not work as the main script isn’t functioning correctly. Please provide your site’s URL and login credentials in a secure note for further checking.

Thanks!

I’ve added the URL and creds to a secure note on the original post.

Thanks!

Hi there,

I just tried it on both iPad and iPhone and the sticky header works perfectly. What’s your iOS and browser version?

Thanks!

I am using browserstack, while the clients have various older models of the iPad and iPhone. On browserstack with an iPad Air 2 with iOS 8, on either safari or chrome, is broken. It is also not working on the iPhone 6 Plus, iOS version 8, on any browser.

Using an iPad Air 2 with iOS 9.3 appears to work correctly so it may be any device iOS 8 and under.

Thanks!

Hi there,

Ah, that maybe explains it, though, I don’t have iOS 8 anymore, the rest are updated since older versions tend to have issues. I’ll continue checking and find iOS 8 device, I can use browserstack but there is no way to debug it.

Thanks!

Is there any workaround or anything I can tell my clients? They have older devices as well as friends with them so they are getting lots of questions about the inconsistencies.

Thanks for your time!

Hi there,

There is no workaround yet since this is javascript and the only way is fix the script that caused it. If it’s just CSS then a workaround could be possible.

I’ll continue checking, I tried with iOS 8 with X code simulator and it works great, had to find the actual device.

Thanks!
