The header stays sticky but goes transparent and several things shift around in weird ways. Note attached with more info.

Thank you for writing in, did you make your 2 Bars sticky? Please make only one Bar as sticky and hide it initially.
If that does not work, please provide us login credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look on your header configuration.

We did that, it still screws up and turns half transparent, except now the number doesn’t seem to display correctly

Thanks for updating in! I managed to logged in and edit your header. Please check it now. I did change the numbers of the Shrink Amount to 1.

Yes but now there is a giant white space above the logo. The goal was to keep it visually like it was, with the logo being full height and the total height being about half of what it is now.
Also, now the placement of things jumps around when you scroll down. We do not want is to shrink or change in any way. Just a simple sticky header.
