Thanks for reaching out.
There are multiple reasons behind the issue to which you are referring to. Few of them have been recognized and already fixed in the previous version of theme releases, but new reasons are found which occur the same issue. The last issue has been reported a month back with the Pro version 5.1.5 and our development team is investigating the reason and hopefully adding the fix in any of the upcoming releases.
