Sticky header has a scroll bar

Hi there,

I noticed an extra scroll bar on the browser associated with the sticky header.

When the scroll bar is at the “top”, the stick header is not visible on page scroll. But when the scroll bar associated with the header is scrolled to the “bottom”, the sticky header becomes visible again.

The z-index for the header is set to 9999 and the z-index has not been changed on the pages/sections so there’s no reason it should be behind.

I’ll add a private comment so you can check it out.

What’s going on?

Hi @RachelDi,

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that the Calendly popup custom code is the reason behind your issue. I have deleted all two instances of that and the second scrollbar is no more there. As this issue is not related to our theme and comes due to the custom codes it is beyond the scope of our support.
I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you to do the customization or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where the customization questions are answered.
Please find the example page URL in the secure note, where the scrollbar problem has been resolved by deleting the custom codes.

Thanks

Ah, that makes sense. This is the second time I’ve seen Calendly conflict with Pro’s header/footer. In the other instance, it was conflicting with the footer on a different website (but both using Pro). I’m not understanding how working with a developer would help though. Wouldn’t this be something on Calendly’s end? A developer can’t magically make Calendly’s code stop behaving poorly.

HI @RachelDi,

Hiring a developer or avail One will help you to solve your issue with Pro and the Calendly. You could also reach Calendly support to help you with your issue.

Hope that helps.

Thank you.
