If I scroll down the page and then refresh it the sticky menu appears, but then when I scroll up to the top it completely disappears. Looking at the code it is setting translate3d to make it above the top of the page making it hidden.
It also looks like “x-bar-fixed” is not being removed when I scroll up if I refresh the page not already at the top
