Sticky Header bar & Multiple header bars

I have built as header where the top bar is Sticky and a bar below it slides out upon scrolling.

I don’t mind the way its’s working right now but I’m not quite4 sure how it’s working…haha. The bar that slides down on scroll is not set to be sticky…so I’m not sure why its initially hidden?

Also, it’s a little glitchy. It works the first time you load the page…but after scrolling up and down a few times, the second bar stops sliding out altogether.

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website but unfortunately, didn’t find the problem you described here. Can you please provide any screenshots marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem?
And also that the specific Header bar is set to the Sticky and that is why it always shows at top of the page as is expected.
