Stick Footer Available?

Hi, I see a bunch of posts that are simply work-around’s to be able to accomplish something that should be an out of the box feature. I want to create a footer in the footer builder and stick it to the bottom of the page. Is this an option yet? If not, will a variation of one of these work? If so, could you please provide the css code here?

It’s doable with Pro header instead of footer, but instead of adding it on top, you can add it to the bottom.
