Static Text Over Slider

Hi,

I’m attempted to create a Static Headline with images that slide beneath.

Text stays on screen - slider image move.

Can you help me understand how to achieve this.

Thanks for reaching out.
You can acheive that by using the Slider Revolution, one of the bundled plugins that come with the Theme. I would suggest you go through the following article and video which might help you with this.
