Static pages in pro

I finished my XPro header and footer and made them global.
Now I’m on to the static pages and find that the TITLE of the page is overlapping with the Header (Sticky) that I
made in Pro Header builder. If I remove the title then it isn’t identified in my pages list.

Apparently, I will have the same problem with Posts.
How can I set the pages and posts so they don’t overlap the Header and Footer please?

To avoid overlapping please make the header bar position relative instead of absolute.
