Static Nav-Bar still sticky

Hi there! I did tell the Header to be static in the theme options, but it is still sticking to the browser-frame, using Icon on x Theme.

I checked the website on the front-end and it’s still set as a fixed menu. When I tried to login, the details provided doesn’t seem to work:

For the meantime, kindly try to clear your browser cache then try again.

In regads to your observation, yes I saw that it is still sticky, but i changed it in the theme options, which had no effect

Can you please re-check the status of website with hosting provider as I am getting 503 error message in login page? I tried reloading multiple times but login page is not working.
