Standard Contact Form 7 not working

Hi,

I have installed contact form 7, latest version of PRO. inserted the STANDARD (un-edited) contact form element in PRO. activated akismet and captcha.

However when testing it i am always getting an error message: There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.

Again, the contact form has not been edited. just used the standard one.

Any idea whats wrong here?

Hey @geraldeder,

Contact form plugins’ functions primarily depends on your mail server configuration and your actual plugin settings. There is no function in X / Pro nor Cornerstone that could cause a contact form to malfunction. With that said, please contact your host and Contact Form 7 support for this issue. Although it is an approved plugin, its support is separate from us.
