Staging site with license key not working

I’ve gone ahead and added my staging site under the license settings…however it continues to not activate it. Once I type the key in it gives me the message at the top saying I’ve activated it and it worked however it never actually does activate it.

– WordPress Admin username / password

Hello Dayana,

I have logged in to your staging site and it seems that your server configuration is blocking outside connections. You cannot even update the plugins like the WooCommerce Composite Products plugin. Kindly check your ModSecurity and temporarily disable it. You may need to contact your hosting provider for further assistance with this one.
