Staging site can't activate

Hello, I’ve created a staging site and am having issues validating my X-Theme license.

When I enter the licence key, I get - Congratulations! Your site is validated. Addons are now unlocked.

But at the bottom it says “You’re almost finished!”.

I’ve checked the staging URL and it is correct.

I have also disabled all plugins except for Cornerstone and the outcome is still the same

Appreciate some help with this.

Thanks for reaching out.
There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues are related to the Product Validation

1. Location Issues
2. Communication Error Messages

In your case it might be the location with the slash mentioned in the staging area of your Themeco Account is the reason.
If none of the above helps, and you are still getting the issue on validation, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hi Tristup,

thanks for the quick reply. I decided to try accessing the WP admin panel in incognito and re-inserted the license key and now it works!

So the activation appears resolved now…what a relief!
