Staff Bio Pop up or Button or Link or?

Hey, we have a staff page and I’d like to include a staff bio for each person. I’m wanting some kind of READ BIO button to pop up like here Watermark Staff Team. Any ideas of what element to use? I want to avoid using code if possible please.
