Stacked Header - Logo Disappears

Hi there,

When switching to stacked, the logo disappears. I’ve checked the custom CSS and don’t see anything that would keep it from showing. Can someone help me identify where the issue is?

Hi Paige,

Thanks for writing in! If you have tried removing your custom CSS and test your issue, also try switching to your parent theme if you’re using a child theme with customizations.

You also need to make sure that you’re fully updated by referring to our version information here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195) and then you can update accordingly if required (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62).

If you’re using a caching plugin, make sure to purge your server cache and also clear your browser cache before testing.
