I would like to achieve something like this screenshot. I have a fresh installation of WordPress and X Pro. What is my best option in choosing a stack, and proper options to get going?
I also want it to be an UberMenu that is part of a One-Page Navigation.

In my own opinion, if I am going to build that mockup, I will use the integrity as a stack but you can learn more about the stack we have in the link below.
And if you want to customize your header layout, I suggest that you will build it using the header builder.
