Stack Containers in Header Bar

Is it possible to stack two containers in a single bar in the header builder? Specifically, I have my logo to the left and my navigation to the right, and I want to put social icons above the navigation.

I was also trying to do a workaround where I created a bar above the main one and added the social buttons to that then zeroed out the height of that bar while using the margin to push the social buttons down, but I can’t figure out how to push the social icons to the far right.
