SSL Lock disappearing

We recently moved from HTTP to HTTPS by adding an SSL certificate.

We can’t make the green lock to appear apparently because there are HTTP references in our pages, but the capacity to fully use relative links is not always possible as some of the elements get their url from Cornerstone or any other service available in Pro.

Please advise how to resolve this issue.

Hi There,

This is due to the improper setup of SSL, that means there is some URL is still in HTTP.
To replace all URL in HTTPS please use Easy HTTPS plugins and Better Search replace plugins to search an replace all URL in the database.

Please use a better search replace plugins to search replace the old URL with new URL.
also please try searching for this too.

Hi There,

I still see some errors on your console log (see secure note).

Can you try deleting your Cornerstone plugin through your WordPress plugins section and then head over to X -> Validation section and wait for few seconds to install a fresh version automatically.
