I transferred my ssl to my active domain and it lost a lot of pictures across the website and wont let me customize the theme, it simply wont load on customization page

You need to go to Settings > General and make sure that both URLs on there are using the https version as a link.
The other point is that you need to install the Search and Replace plugin and search for all occurrences of the http:// in the database and change them to https://. We strongly recommend that you backup your website completely before doing that.
