A long time ago I added and image and the code is src = “a number” - I’m assuming it created a table somewhere to the upload file - can I access that as I want to change an image

I’m sorry but our products do not have that option you described. It could be that your developer or a 3rd party plugin added that custom function to your site. Please confirm this with the 3rd party providers or your site.

If you’re sure it’s done using our theme or one of the products we bundle, can you give us more information on how you added the SRC? Please give us the following info in a Secure Note.

  • URL of the page with the SRC number
  • Screenshot of the area if possible
  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

I’m sorry but we can’t help if that is the case because there’s no way to know if our theme is causing the issue. Please consult with a developer for this case.
