Hi Support!
We went through this list: https://xthemeusers.com/troubleshooting-x-theme-spinning-cornerstone-logo/ but we still aren’t able to edit in Pro.
We recently upgraded the site to Pro AND migrated to Cloudways. We’ve completely deactivated Cloudflare as well.
Any ideas as to what the issue may be?

Thanks for writing in! I have reduced your caching level through Settings -> General ans then I was able to load Pro content builder (see secure note).
If you’re still having issues, try turning off your cache and re-test your issue again.
