I see, I recommend contacting the plugin author or service responsible for your site’s minification. They may able to help you with those minified files. Some plugins have feature for that like Autoptimize, please check this https://wordpress.org/plugins/autoptimize/ (FAQ - Why is Autoptimized JS render blocking? ).
As for google fonts, there is no solution for that as the files aren’t hosted from your site, it’s coming from Google itself where you don’t have control.
