Specific page title redirects unknown why

I have a really odd problem. I create a page called “Programs” and any child page I create under that won’t display but instead I get redirected back to the home page.

Hello Derp,

Thanks for writing in! I have investigated the issue and I can confirmed that the sub pages were redirecting to the homepage. So I went to Settings > Permalinks and updated your settings by just hitting the “Save Changes” button. After that, the sub page were not showing.

Please check your site now.
