Specific Page not displaying correctly

EDIT: PROBLEM WAS SOLVED. ISSUE WAS DUE TO MISFORMED CSS.

I am currently editing my website http://jk4fl.thaynie.com/issues, and have run into a problem with one of my pages.

Currently the builder is showing the page correctly, as I designed it, but when looking at it on the front end, a variety of issues seem to pop-up. This happened seemingly at random, as after every saved I have checked the front end to verify it looks good.
