I’ve searched everywhere. Is there a way to contact someone who will live chat to help me resolve my issues with the X theme?
Using the forum isn’t working for me. I have to wait hours for help and right now I’m going in circles with the two staff members who don’t seem to understand my situation.
If there isn’t another way then please let me know. I can find another company because this is currently becoming a disappointment and waste of my resources.

Regretfully we do not have live chat support or someone who can answer a call for support. Please understand that we use the Forum for Support. Also, threads are responded to in the order when they were created. We will be responding to the thread within 24 hours. Depending on the complexity of the issue, it may take us longer to respond and move on to the next thread.
