Spacing Issue on front end of site

A page on my website is no longer matching up to what I built in cornerstone.
I cleared all my caches, whats the issue?

Hi Emma,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website listed in your Themeco Account and on that specific page, the padding is set to the top. And that is why the Gap is showing. If that is what you are trying to point out, you need to check the settings and adjust the padding values.

Hi there, the whole page is messed up on the front end, not just that section. Box shadows have been appearing when they don’t exist on the site, the spacing is completely different than how it’s set in the builder. When I change one issue or address one element, all the elements change in weird ways like that.

In that case, we need to investigate it through the WordPress admin dashboard. I would suggest you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thank you,
I ended up deleting some hidden content & that seemed to help a lot but there are still a few spacing issues.

Hi Emma,

I have checked and found the spacing issues are related to the content and the custom CSS, which is beyond the scope of Theme Support. If you are not proficient in doing that, I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you to do the customization or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where we answer the questions beyond normal theme support.
