I like the layout of this and want to remove the space in the second screenshot which is when you scroll down just a tad.

The menu bar should be fixed to the top but not until its scrolled enough.

I almost figured this out just need a push in the right direction.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I went ahead and made couple of changes to adjust the scrolling trigger, background and spacing for the menu items:

I changed the Trigger Offset from 4 to 74 and set the Shrink Amount to 0. For the menu alignment I changed the Align Horizontal setting from Center to Start in the Top Links settings of the menu:
