Space between accordion items

i’m doing some accordion in a new web and in the content builder i can’t see the items setup. I can’t change the space between accordion items because the option of item setup doesn’t show in cornerstone.

Another issue is in cornerstone, in the V2 of headline can’t change from normal text to typing text effect. Doesn’t show the option.
Why is happening this? thanks in advance

Please make sure you have set Preferences to advanced mode

For accordion, you need to scroll and select items tab

For Headline Element
