I’m having an issue where we can’t get the sound to play on this Youtube video in the revolution slider. (I already tried to talk the client out having sound play, but they are insistent.) The option for sound to play is enabled. Can y’all advise why the sounds still isn’t working?

Thank you for writing in, regretfully that is a normal behavior of Chrome (Autoplay Policy Changes). If you view the site in Firefox the video has a sound.
The workaround is, you need to add your YouTube video as an embed code. You can paste it on a video (embed) element.
e.g.

Remove the Spacing of your Section so it will be full width.
