SOS - Conflict Betwen ConvertPlus and Contact Form 7 on Firefox Mozila

Hey there,
there is a conflict between ConvertPlus and Contact Form 7 on FireFox Mozila. The Popup won’t open and site is freezing.
Any suggestions?

I have the latest Contact Form 7 and the latest bundled ConvertPlus version and the popups work and my site is not freezing.

This means that there’s something else in your site causing the issue. Please ensure everything is up to date and perform the rest of the basic troubleshooting procedures suggested in our Common Issues article here: https://theme.co/docs/common-issues

It is important that we know first if the issue is really caused by the products we provide and not by 3rd party factors or factors outside of our control.

I found it!
It is the combination of ConvertPlus, Contact Form 7 and WP Accessibility Helper on Firefox…
So i will contact them? Is there anything you can do from your part? Any suggestions for an accessibility plugin that is compatible?

Hey Stelios,

You need to contact the WP Accessibility Helper developer. as the problem is in their plugin.

We haven’t tested accessibility plugins so it would be best that you experiment with the plugins available in the WordPress repository.
