Sort by feature on looper on Front end

Hi

I have created a page that shows a list of courses, using custom post types, ACF pro and the looper.

However, I know the first question the client will ask is can you sort these by date added etc. on the front end, like the filtering on your forum really.

I know this probably isn’t a drag and drop feature but wondered if there was a plug-in or some reference to code that can be implemented to make this work.

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully, there isn’t any feature or element that allows you to add a sort filter button in a Looper. This is something we can add to our list of feature requests. This way it can be taken into consideration for future development. All of these items are discussed with our team internally and prioritized based on the amount of interest a particular feature might receive.

Thanks for getting back to me, should this be easy enough for a developer to do?
Or do you know of a plug-in that exists that does this job?
Loving Pro though, so much potential with it.

Yes, the developer can do this but it will depends on how he will sort this kind of feature request and I don’t see any plugins that will do this option because it will require custom coding.
