Hi - I upgraded my site from X to Pro but do not have the Pro > menu item, thus cannot access the dashboard or extensions. Pro was validated (for a bit) but it seems a plug-in might have stepped on something. Could you assist?

I checked the URL’s that’s listed on your licence page and I can see that Pro Theme has been installed. In case you are not seeing Pro menu item in dashboard that please try out following solutions:

  1. Please try clearing cache and check the case again.
  2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  3. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Hi - thank for your help. I did find the plug-in (Booking Calendar) that when activated - the > Pro menu item disappears.

Could you make a suggestion on how to resolve this?

I think you are referring to Booking Calendar plugin that’s listed on WordPress.org. If menu item is disappearing then it’s a problem of a plugin conflict. As it’s is a 3rd party plugin and issues caused by the same falls outside the scope of support we can offer. I suggest you to take a look at some other plugins as an alternative solution.

That being said, please share the login details in secure note. I would like to take a look at the setup and see if we can help you out with this issue. Having said that please note that we are trying our best to assist you with the matter and if there’s a confirmation that the problem is coming because of the plugin then you will have to look for some other plugin as an alternative.
