Sometimes when I scroll down, black lines appear on my site

Hi, when I scroll down I get black lines on my page. I am not sure if you will see it but would appreciate if you could have a look at it and see if you can help, please.

The lines seem to appear from the thick black bar under the ‘home’ tab on the menu.

I couldn’t replicate the issue, Can you please check with a another PC, you might have some screen resolution issue.
