Something on the Tooltip

Hi. There is something obstructing the tooltip text. It shows on the top part of the column like this:

but not on the bottom part of the column:

If I switch the order of the buttons (ie if I move the button on the top part of the column to the bottom part and move the button on the bottom to the top), the problem follows the button from the top. Same thing happens to the buttons in the column next to it.

I have checked the page and I am seeing this:

Since you have installed a caching plugin W3 Total Cache, please clear your plugin cache before testing your site. This can cause the changes to not take place on the front end. It will eventually show up when the cache regenerates, but it’s not ideal if you’re looking to see your changes immediately. Caching plugins are best to turn on only when you’ve finished building the site.
