Some tab lines have disappeared

For some reason, the tab border lines have partially disappeared - the far left vertical line and the entire top horizontal bar. This happens on every page with tabs. You can see an example here: http://pumphoists.com/p20hd-pump-hoist/

Lines do appear when viewing on my home computer. Might be a graphics card issue? I know IT just did some changes to my computer that effected the graphics card so maybe that’s got something to do with it

I’ve also check it in another browser and it is still the same.
The tabs and lines displays perfectly.

You may need to check your site in another laptop or computer since you have issues with your graphics card.
